Michelle is a qualified career coach and strategist with a Master's degree in Human Resources specializing in Talent Development. With over a decade of experience in business operations, recruiting and talent strategy, she has guided countless ambitious women in building confidence, negotiating offers, and positioning themselves for growth.
She has created Her Career Lab as a space for ambitious women like herself to confidently navigate their careers, elevate their personal brands and leverage AI-powered tools to save time and gain clarity.
